Having participated in two medical mission trips with Global MED, the director approached me to create a logo for the program that would represent the extensive services the organization provides. Rectangles frame the programs name to establish a comprehensive, expanding landscape; while graphic elements depict some of the services the organization supports. Clean water, education, development, and medical care services are also emphasized by corresponding colors, so if the graphic elements are absent due to size constraints, these pursuits are still represented. Vivid earth tones are used to reflect the universal hospitable environment, one experiences when going on a mission trip.
